Reincarnation and Past Lives
A Special Feeling of Love

I work as a nurse in a terminal ward. Patients die there every day. As an ECKist, I have a golden opportunity to practice divine love and compassion.
The first time I met Mike, I knew a karmic link had brought us to this place. Feeling a strong, unconditional love for him, I wanted to make his last days as comfortable as possible.
One day I was wiping his face as he slipped in and out of consciousness. What past life, I wondered, brought us here?
Looking at his face while relaxing and thinking of the Mahanta, I heard the distinct report of single-shot rifles. My Spiritual Eye opened. Then I saw myself as a young soldier being shot in the chest.
Another soldier, whom I recognized as Mike in this life, ran to my side. He lifted me over his shoulder, carried me to a ditch, and spoke to me of God as I died.
Now, in 1992, our positions were reversed. The brief vision explained my special feeling of love for him. When he died a few days later I was there, singing HU and telling him of the divine Light and Sound and the Inner Master, the Mahanta. I was even given the opportunity to comfort his mother and brother.
How great the joy to repay a debt of gratitude with true spiritual understanding.
