HU, the ancient, sacred Sound and mantra, the Audible Life Current, is the language of love that comes from the Creator. We can make contact now with the Light and Sound and the unconditional love.
Sing HU for a while, and as you sing, in whatever way that is right for you, let this Light and Sound come into your heart, into your beingness. And you will have your own unique experience of truth.
The next step of this spiritual exercise is to find a way to give others spiritual freedom. Find a way to give to somebody in some way. Sometimes the giving is just creating a space for someone else to walk through.
As you do that, know that the Mᴀʜᴀɴᴛᴀ is with you. There is no separation. Whether a person has just read one ECK book, or is studying the Spiritual Living courses, the Mᴀʜᴀɴᴛᴀ is with them, lighting the way.
