Try this spiritual exercise using your creative imagination. You can pick your own images, but here are a couple of images you may want to work with. Approach this exercise with an open heart. Sometimes Divine Spirit comes in and it’s as if everything is now in HD. New dimensions. You can feel the living essence of it. It’s more than just your image. It becomes a living reality.
Sing HU, the ancient mantra, sacred sound. Imagine an inner sun and be aware that just as the outer sun gives off unconditional light to all beings, this inner sun emanates unconditional love. Let this warmth come into you and release your cares into this Light.
Listen for the inner Sound of ocean waves entering your beingness to uplift, to refresh, and restore. Experience the Sound and the rhythm of the waves.
There’s another part to this exercise I’ll call Love In, Love Out. Actually, Harold Klemp coined this elegant phrase during his forty-four years as the Mᴀʜᴀɴᴛᴀ, the Living ECK Master.
Once we have experienced this love coming in, we can now take the next step and go about the rest of our day giving the love back out to others.
