See your heart as a seedbed of fertile soil. You’ve already planted the seeds of spiritual growth: your spiritual, career, or relationship dreams. You’ve got some goals, and you’ve planted them in this spiritual soil.
Sing HU and watch the light pour into your heart. It’s like the sun. Maybe you want to allow a gentle rain to fall to nourish those seeds. Remember, the magic secret ingredient is love. Open your heart to a love for life. Now see where that takes you.
Everything is already here for us, just waiting to be discovered. And this contemplation is a time you can return to the source and remember how much you are loved.
In Eᴄᴋᴀɴᴋᴀʀ, God is the Ocean of Love and Mercy. It’s beyond words. It’s not a man. It’s not a woman. It’s the absolute ground of being. It’s the Creator sending out this wave, this love. And everyone is equally loved by the Creator.
When we allow that love to percolate in, it touches the ground of our personal beingness and something stirs. Something changes. These seeds begin to awaken and germinate and grow. And they grow towards the Light and vibrate with the Sound.
The divine message is to accept this love and give it out. Love in, love out. What you receive in contemplation, give out in service to others.
